in a quiet part of the mountain village Dolní Morava, which is located in the area of the National Park Králický Sněžník, which lies on the boundary of Orlicke Mountains – Jeseniky – East Bohemia and it is the third highest mountain range in Bohemia - Czech Republic!

In our cottage - holiday home, not only winter sojourns are popular. Dolní Morava (lying on the boundary of Orlicke Mountains – Jeseniky, East Bohemia) is cut out for an active rest: trips into the surroundings, castles, chateaus, hiking, cyclotourism, military forts etc. Hiking and bicycle paths are well marked here. The surrounding woods are full of mushrooms, blueberries and other forest fruits. In summer there are several possibilities of bathing both in the close vicinity and in the more distant surroundings, the closest is the swimming pool in Kraliky, in the neighbourhood also an aquapark with a water slide Zamberk, the reservoir Pastviny, the thermal swimming pool Velke Losiny. In Pastviny and on the rivers Moravia and Orlice there is also possibility of fishing and water sports.

Ski center Sneznik, Snowpark Vetrne Vrch and Skicenter Dolni Morava are only about 3-4 minutes away from the cottage by car. Pisten - ski slopes are with artificial snowing and lighting – e.g. the black ski slope is the steepest ski slope in Czech Republic! There are fantastic tracks for cross-country skiers leading through a beautiful virgin nature in the surroundings of the cottage - holiday home.

Well and now all you have to do is to choose a date, book a rental of the cottage (email), arrive and have first-hand experience of all this. We hope that your holidays, recreation or just a stay for an extended weekend in our cottage will be one of those you will remember for a long time.

We prepared a second home for you in our entirely newly built cottage. The cottage for rental has above-standard equipment. The cottage is located in a quiet place directly in the ski center Dolní Morava, mere 333 steps from the station of free SKIBUS to the ski slopes (or 4 minutes by car). If you do not want to cook – no problem - there is a cosy stylish restaurant Moravská Krčma – among other delicacies they have a great pizza from oven or an excellent Czech draught bear – which is only 333 steps away, that is about 2-minute walk.

The cottage's rental also includes unlimited internet access via WiFi.

In front of the cottage, there is a pleasant sitting area by the fire with possibility of barbecue. In hot summer you may use a swimming pool to refresh yourself. Next to the cottage, there is a roofed parking place available. Everything – including sauna – is private and for you only. In the village Dolni Morava, there is a church, a grocery shop, a bus station… Supermarkets are in Kraliky, about 6 km away.

Parking is directly next to the cottage in a roofed lean-to, the garden is fully at your disposal. The cottage has above-standard equipment, in fact you may view everything yourselves to make your own opinion, see the Photogallery.

The cottage - vacations home is newly built, it has its geometrical plan in the shape of the letter „L“ and it is divided into two absolutely separate parts (halves). One part southward and the other part westward. Both parts of the cottage - holiday home have their own entry, their own separate terrace with sitting area (in hot summer with a swimming pool) and a garden on the opposite side of the cottage. Also the interior arrangement of the cottage and construction design guarantees you full privacy and peace. Rental of each part (half) of the cottage - vacations home makes possible a comfortable lodging for 8 persons during the whole year. All is designed in a way that the guests do not disturb each other at all.

In each of two parts there is a one-floor appartement 4 + kitchen corner + 2 WC + bathroom of a total floor surface of 120m2, with 6 adequate beds in 3 bedrooms + 2 bed spaces on a collapsible sofa in the living room.

In the ground floor we enter the foyer where there are also spaces to store your skis, snowboards or in summer bicycles and a shoes dryer... From the hallway you can access the bathroom with a washbasin, WC, bathtub, washmachine and SAUNA only and only for you! For your comfort, in the bathroom there is a floor heating.

Continue across the hallway and you get into the living room with TV, digital satellite, radio. A collapsible settee enables comfortable adjustment to a double bed. Heating is fully automated or you can make your evenings more enjoyable by means of an unrepeatable atmosphere provided by the fireplace stove and the fire blazing, crackling and the pleasant emanating warmth...well and with a glass of wine …

In one part of the living room there is also a kitchen, completely equipped for 8 people. There is a kitchen range with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, rustfree pots and cutleries, dishwasher…. Going up the stairs we get into the attic where there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, of course storing spaces are not missing either and another - this time separate - WC.

Internet connection via WiFi is absolutely free of charge for you and unlimited if you take your computer with you. Each cottage - vacations home has one roofed parking place available, directly in front of the cottage - holiday home. Another parking place (not roofed) is also available. The access road to the cottage is maintained even in winter.

Unfortunately, for reasons of security and hygiene, in the whole cottage it is PROHIBITED TO SMOKE! Although you can smoke in the garden, we recommend you to try a clear mountain air. Unfortunately it is not possible to take your pets with you, because of possible allergies of other people. Please take your home shoes with you - slippers.

Ecology, Cottage - holiday home for rent

The whole cottage is built in the light of current knowledge in the way that both during the construction and during its operation it is possible to spend the least possible energy. It is warmed in a better-than-standard way, it has installed economical appliances and economical lights. Natural materials from recoverable resources are used to a maximum extent. Containers for sorting waste are available. Please remember that higher consumption does not mean higher comfort. Use lights only when you really need it. Maintain an optimal temperature, for sleep a lower temperature is more pleasant. Do not unnecessarily leave water running when you brush your teeth, soap yourself in the shower or shave yourself.
